I’d say that not sharing the steps that take you somewhere would actually hurt the people that could look up to you and aim to achieve something similar. By sharing the process, the difficulties, the setbacks then you help people to understand that success is not something that happens from one day to the other so they don’t get discouraged when things get difficult or they experience failure, achieving something requires a process and work - why would we hide that?
Because of the mundanity of hard work?
