The most powerful militaries in the world all have different armories and budgets. The only weapons I will be talking about are used for ground forces. So which countries have the most powerful militaries? 5= United Kingdom 4= India 3= China 2= Russia 1= United States. Military personnel (active): United Kingdom = 80,000 India = 1.3 million China = 1.6 million Russia = 1 million United States = 1.2 million.
Starting off with number 5 on the list, the UK primarily uses the Diemaco C7 assault rifle, Glock 17 pistol, L128A1 combat shotgun. The Diemaco C7 rifle is a copy of the m16a4 service rifle. The Glock 17 pistol is a 9mm firearm capable of holding (depends on the magazine) 17 rounds of ammunition. The L128A1 combat shotgun shoots a 12 gauge slug round and holds 7+1 rounds of ammunition.
Number 4 on the list is India. India primarily uses the AK-74 assault rifle, the Beretta 9mm, and the MP5 submachine gun (I couldn't find a shotgun that the Indian army used). The AK-74 assault rifle is an Indian made gun that is part of the AK series. The Beretta is a 9mm firearm that is capable of holding up to 15 rounds of ammo. The MP5 is a fully automatic gun that shoots a 9mm round.
Number 3 on the list is China. The Chinese army mostly uses the QBZ-95 assault rifle, Type 84 pistol, and the QBU-88 sniper rifle. The QBZ-95 assault rifle is a Chinese made bullpup gun. The Type 84 is a Chinese manufactured 7.62 mm pistol. The QBU-88 is a Chinese made bullpup sniper rifle that shoots a 5.8x42mm round.
Russia is number 2 on the list. The Russian army mostly uses The AK 47 assault rifle, the Saiga shotgun, and the PP- 2000 submachine gun. The AK 47 is a Russian made gun that shoots a 5.45x38 mm round. The Saiga automatic shotgun is a Russian manufactured gun that shoots a 12 gauge slug round. PP- 2000 is a Russian designed gun that shoots a 9x19mm parabellum round.
Last but not least, the United States is number one on the list. The United states mostly uses the m4 assault rifle, the Beretta 9mm pistol and the 500 Mills assault shotgun. The M4 assault rifle is an American made gun that shoots a 5.62 NATO round. The Beretta is an American designed gun that shoots a 9mm bullet. The 500 Mills is an American used shotgun that shoots a 12 gauge slug round.
What should I blog about next?
Why do these countries use so many different weapons? Wouldn't it make sense to standardize more with your allies?

Great post! Lots of different weapons. Which is best do you suppose?
Depends on the situation. I would personally have the M4, because its proven to be accurate and reliable .
