Motion To Release User Data Collection Documents In Lawsuit Against Facebook About To Be Dismissed

A developer who created an app to find pictures of friends online in bikinis is suing Facebook over promises made to developers, like access to friends data, and their cutting off access to it. The judge in the case it appears is going to dismiss a motion of the lawsuit looking for the release of company records and emails regarding things like the company’s policies and practices in regards to user privacy and data.
