His lawsuit idea is interesting in light of him running a Steem node... I imagine if he were to be successful he’d have to shut his own node down as it could quickly be pointed out he’s hosting & serving objectionable content against himself! Not that I think he has any chance of success... just shows the ridiculousness of the strategy.

That is an interesting point. In the event he brings suit, perhaps those that care for him might consider enabling protective custody due to his acts of self harm running a node broadcasting that tortuous harm he is petitioning the court to relieve.
It's the least they could do: protect him from himself.
