Instagram celebrity Josh “The Fat Jew” Ostrovsky today (Sept. 14) announced the world's first EDM tribute group, Major Behavior, in partnership with Billboard.
Formed in homage to Major Lazer, Major Behavior is comprised of The Fat Jew and New York DJ Maachew Bentley. Major Behavior will only play songs by the trio and will mimic the Major Lazer experience both on and off the stage in an attempt to honor “the most legendary electronic music group of all time.”
Major Behavior is set to tour this fall as part of The Fat Jew’s music festival series, IRL, with additional details to be made available in the coming weeks at FATJEWIRL.COM.
The announcement video details the inspiration for the formation of the group and takes fans on a behind-the-scenes look at the Major Behavior experience, as reported by Matt Medved, Billboard’s senior editor, dance/electronic. Watch below:
