WARNING: This is a post for CONSTRUCTIVE discussion/debate/argument. It isn't a post to bray like a donkey or jump to conclusions about my motives or beliefs. I just want people to have a CHANCE to not be slaves to prevailing sentiment IN CASE there are other valid conclusions that can be drawn about what happened. If we can't think rationally, we're doomed to World War 3.
So, I heard about the recent riots/fighting in Virginia caused by the clash between protester groups differing in opinion. The main label I noticed was that one group was 'white supremacist' (I also heard 'Neo-nazi'). Now, I didn't research it too much yet, which I think is important for the reasons that I'm writing this. I want to hear responses from people who agree with the label and I want to hear reasoning behind it.
In my opinion, the chant 'white lives matter!' and the raising of the confederate flag are not enough to categorize a group as white supremacist. At worst, they are misguided in their disdain for the extreme groups of the Black Lives Matter Movement, Extreme Feminism, and Anti-Christianity groups. This disdain causes acting out, but that isn't a disdain for black people, women, or atheists/agnostics. That is acting out against the 'problem groups' within those demographics, which are those who act violently, oppressively, and dictatorially. Additionally, even the violent crimes that I have heard about are not necessarily 'white supremacist' behavior; the problem is that there is SO MUCHHHH CONFLICT and so many additional protesters, that these could have been rage-fueled attacks against the opposition/those opposing what they see as a valid expression. Additionally, we need to know who threw the first punch and/or fired the first round.
That being said, if there were groups in Virginia that were chanting racial slurs, racial hate speech, racial superiority speech, or targeting minorities and attacking them unprovoked, that would be 'white supremacist' behavior, or the only thing that you should rationally categorize as white supremacist behavior (because labels like these are dangerous and can cause problems in themselves, so should be used only if they are DEFINITELY accurate). So, I just want to hear what people were saying/see videos released of the racial hate, racial superiority, or unprovoked assault in VA. If these exist, then there were at least some groups acting as 'white supremacists'. But, if it was just 'White Lives Matter' being chanted and a confederate flag being raised, I can't agree; the issue is that that isn't enough to put a label that could start the escalation to a Civil War on a group and those acts aren't enough to be deemed racist.
Antifa drew first blood long ago... I believe the Mayday Stabbing in Texas was the first death in this conflict.
From the reports and videos (it is important to point out I was not there) I saw flags with swastikas, with home made shields and thick sticks, chants of 'blood and soil', people shouting "Heil Trump" while doing a Nazi salute, and talking about 'taking America back to ensure it remains White"... The guy that organised it, Jason Kessler, gave a press conference where he blamed the murder of the young woman on the police and stated that the protests were born out of "anti-white hate".
If it walks like a duck, clucks like a duck and looks like a duck....
I personally fail to understand how a nation built on immigration and the mass murder of indigenous people, can possibly even allow this sort of rhetoric to exist. It is a complete paradox and the wilful ignorance and lack of understanding, compassion and tolerance from this people is beyond comprehension.
Holy crap. Yeah, well, Nazi implications (which also implies the aim of extermination of a specific minority/demographic) are definitely white supremacist behavior, so those groups definitely fit the bill. It's wicked sad and disheartening that people can be like that. :( I appreciate you adding this input. and even more so , I appreciate the disclaimer that you weren't there and I also urge people to make sure they do additional research regarding it. :)
The idiot box and it's constant nurturing of this mindset is the culprit. There will always be people who disagree with others in groups or individually and each single one to the mass group has every right to "Freedom of speech" and peaceful protest to let their side be known as long as it doesn't infringe on others rights. All of this has been created as smoke and mirrors to keep the masses playing against each other. One day maybe the masses will realize this. Start by turning off the idiot box. Life is much more beautiful and a lot less frustrating.................
Interesting subject. Just saw this video that covers the white rights group meeting in Charlottesville pretty well. One thing that comes to mind is the mishandling of the event by police and authorities, which has been brought out by other commentators. Reports that Soros was funding the opposition group, so it was pretty well setup to be violent. As far as I could see from the Vice video here is that it was the left wing group that started the fighting. That raises the question as to whether they were paid agitators? So divide and conquer or keep the public in a state of fear? Soros is definitely NWO, don't know if the Koch brothers are or are just a useful foil.
I just posted an artcle that goes into the theme of mind control that i believe to be pertinent to this incident in terms of how easy it can be to get played. https://steemit.com/anarchy/@johncongdon/how-easy-is-mind-control-way-too-easy-as-it-turns-out
Very good question! :) I'll take a look at that article!
I'm curious as to how you came to using the name Biddle for your account?
Hi @johncongdon , I'm actually Nathaniel Biddle. :) Also, in school/work, teachers/bosses always ended up calling me 'Biddle' (it must be catchy haha). No close known relation to Nicholas Biddle, the famous Banker, though (although I use his picture to try to embody his presence of Wisdom, Loyalty, and Tenacity, especially financial [although I don't agree with Central Banking]) and by no means from a wealthy family like him. I hope to be wealthy soon though and I hope to be more successful than Nicholas Biddle and in a way that doesn't hurt others! I want the Biddle name to be synonymous with Fairness, Justice, Wealth, and Kindness! :)
It is scary... A return to the civil war?
I pray not, but it seems like violence is becoming more and more frequent from extreme political groups!
I really think something is going down in the next weeks or months man. So much movements around daily nowadays. But anyway, thanks for the following man, I am now your follower as well.
Please find time to read my posts on offgrid lighting techniques, I am sure it will interest. I just started so yeah, as many support as I can get will really come a long way. Be safe.
I absolutely will! That's super useful information and I'm really happy it's something you're sharing! :)
You encouraged me, thanks for such comments.
It is good to question the corporate owned media's narrative. There is an agenda, for sure. (It was George Soros' birthday, so I wonder if this violence was a present to him.)
People will now understand and even demand that people cannot protest in the streets. (I think Italy is having a mass protest on mandatory vaccines which has been huge and not reported by mainstream media.)
Nothing is an easy fix but I believe that we can repair this damage if we talk to each other like respectful adults and sometimes agree to disagree. I don't condone violence or hurtful behaviors ever and yet maybe we can sway some of the people that feel disenfranchised by (again) the media to not believe everything that they see on t.v.
We need to start a dialogue and one that is initiated by the people for the people. Do not wait for the George Soroses of the world to dictate what we should think, say, or do. We are better than that.
I did some digging to find out who the people there are and what they said.
My feeling is that the dude that organized it wanted things to pop off. I found videos of him before the rally saying that it was going to be one of the biggest news events of the year. What he said at some town meetings were uncomfortable for me to hear, but I wouldn't call it hate speech. I wouldn't be surprised if he is a government operative or works for the MSM.
If you look at all the groups that attended and what they believe, there were a few that hold some hate, but when you watch the videos they were very small groups. Maybe up to 25 people in each. Given that all hate groups are infiltrated by the FBI, we don't know how many of them were actually under cover agents.
I found mostly "Patriots" who are conservative, support Trump, and believe in the first amendment. They specifically said that they do not agree with what the other groups say, but they believe they have the right to say it, we have free speech period. Being that it is peaceful and not inciting a crime. This is their message and it is a respectable one.
I found a video where an "eye witness" even claimed that six buses pulled in and people supposedly from both sides poured out and started rioting immediately. That smells like a set up , but I have no way to verify what this person said, so I am currently trying to find other witnesses that were there at the restaurant with her.
All in all my gut feeling was that it was set up because of the way they forced all of these protesters with a known violent history to clash.
Let's face it, Nazis and KKK are viewed like clowns these days. If they were allowed to have their free speech without being attacked and set up to force fights to pop off, we wouldn't even be having this conversation right now and three people would still be alive. They would have said what they have the right to say and fizzled out like they have been.
It disgusts me that these labels are being thrown at the "Patriots" , and I don't give any fucks about the narrative that they were there so therefore they are just as bad. That's stupid and an obvious tactic to supress them. And we see that tactic has been working because anywhere they want to hold a rally.. they are forced to cancel.
I found it HILLARIOUS when I saw videos of little white dudes screaming "Black Lives Matter" in the face of black and non-white Patriots. Yes, Patriots are a diverse group, so to label them as "white supremacist ", "nazi", etc is illogical because they are just not qualified to be associated with those groups.
Ugh 😑 why did you have to get me started?
At the end of the day this is the divide and conquer tactic. We all want the same things. We all suffer the same things. When people were losing their homes and jobs it didn't matter if they were right, left, or what color their skin was.
Thanks! :) and sure thing!
