I'm going to suggest you try to put out something at least once a week- doesn't have to be livestreamed, doesn't need to be long or super-deep-involved etc. 5 or 6 bullet-points you feel are the most important to look at as a weekly round-up in 10mins would be fine to keep those notifications popping to remind those who don't follow you on Twitter etc that you're still out there doing your thing, but life's maybe not giving you a chance to do longer pieces / livestreams etc that week.
