Help - Harsh reality of a troubled mind

Hi my Steemit friends.
Today is a hard day for me, and I discussed it with my good Boss, and he suggested I put my story on Steemit, and who knows maybe there is someone out there that can relate to me, and maybe give me some advise or just chat to me.
In January this year my partner got very ill and lost his job (he only worked on commission)I earn a very small salary. To make it through every day with little food, a sick partner that is in and out of hospital for months now, and no money to pay for the roof over my head, come this month end I am at a cross road, of how am I going to carry on, or is this the end of the road for me?
