Some people make the mythos on steemit, it shows like the nose in the middle of the figure (me sometimes, including) !

There are people who post only en masse, hoping to earn more money and reputation. This is good from a certain point of view, because sooner or later, they will end up posting the thing that makes everyone dream! But the problem with the quantity is that people who want to see your blog, they realize that the majority of your posts has almost no up-vote, so they despair and end up no longer following your blog, which is a shame. That's what I advise you and what I recommend too lol: post less! but post better! That way people will recognize your quality. How to know if something is better? Imagine yourself in the place of someone viewing your blog, and be honest with yourself: is this a blog posts valuable, or is it a blog containing a vast mess of messages without interest for others, except some . And if that's the case, it's so much to clean up, and what's more, to find a site or a tool to delete messages that have not received votes! (I have not found this tool yet lol)
