It's cited that they did this in the recently released JFK documents insane I know but then again we are talking about the same agencies that ran compartmentalized human experimentation projects on the American people. The key is that not every person apart of the military or CIA knows about these projects. For instance, CIA ran several psychic projects in the 50s-60s into the 90's. Called Project Stargate. The truth is stranger than fiction by a long shot. They spent millions maybe billions on these projects for a reason it wasn't because they didn't see results. The reason I brought up Project Stargate is to show you how completely insane they are. lol.
