I don't use Decred, but use Litecoin. I need LTC exchange for ZCASH or STEEM.

That is a huge breakthough. Lee was looking to make the atomic swap part of his platform. This turns LTC into money since it, in the near future, will be able to switch between different coins seamlessly.
People do not realize how big this news really is. This could well be the point in time that crypto became money.
