The ICC opened the way for the trial of Myanmar
The decision of the International Criminal Court of Hegel has been the jurisdiction of Myanmar's judgment to carry out
crimes against humanity in the ousting of Rohingya.
This order opened the way for the prosecution of the ICC counsel Foto Bensuda to put Myanmar in the international court;
Although he has not yet made a formal case.
Fato Bensuda appealed in April to know whether the ICC has the jurisdiction to judge the
millions of Rohingya who have been deported from Myanmar to Bangladesh.
Myanmar was not a member of the ICC, but it was decided to give the matter until July 27.
Despite not giving any formal answer to Myanmar, in a statement from their State Counselor Aung San Suu Kyi office,
it is said that the application of Bensuda should be irrelevant and dismissed.Quoting judges,
Reuters said that although the member of the ICC is not a member of Myanmar,
the nature of the crime committed by the Bangladesh and the cross-border judges is justified.
"Because the crimes committed in this incident cross the border of Bangladesh, the member country has expanded in Bangladesh.
Myanmar's official response to the ICC decision was not found.
When Reuters tried to contact Myanmar government spokesman Joao Tai, he sent a brief message saying,
"I can not speak anymore."
Thousands of Rohingya migrated to the border after the start of Myanmar's Rakhine army campaign in
August last year. The members of the oppressed community are present at the mouth of rape, murder and arson.
The United Nations has described it as a 'ethnic cleansing campaign' from the beginning. A month ago,
an independent UN investigative mission in the United Nations said in their report that the Myanmar army
committed crimes like genocide and gang rape on Muslim Rohingya.
That's why the Chief of Myanmar should face trial of the army chief and five general.
