Good for her. More people need to be as logical as her and not just roll over when a person in a uniform orders you to do something. I hope she wins a huge lawsuit.

Update - The officer involved has been "placed on administrative leave".
Agreed! I wouldn't hold my breath, though. Juries are pretty favorable to police officers.
Not finding a police officer to be trustworthy by default can be grounds for jury removal.
