I cant understand North Korea's belligerent attitude, No Other Nation would demand a peace treaty from a Nation they are still technically at war with in exchange for getting rid of their nuclear weapons.

I think that North Korea does not want a serious war.
If you think seriously with tactics, nuclear weapons are not missiles, nuclear bombs are brought to the destination by ship etc. and blown up.
However, it has not been done.
I can not imagine that the experts doing tactical research do not consider that possibility.
Considering that, I think that I can find a direction that can be peacefully resolved ...
