Newbies are starters with target

Hello steemians I am @flamezy.
This post is to tell all newbies in steemit that newbies have urge for targets.
Some people says being a newbie means you have just started and have no conclusion on what you are working for,but I want to tell all the newbies here today that;you don't have to be disturbed on how to get there,but I assure you as that as long as you are aiming to your target in an appropriate way,nothing can stop you.
