Thanks :) Yes before I started preschool and early childhood development I worked in advertising and desktop publishing, so I like to do different layouts. I get frustrated with this Markdown thing as it doesn't always do what I want, but I'll get there!
I knew a little html before coming here. Since then I've lost it all as Markdown kinda takes over. I think it's strange they have such a low-tech user interface, but what can you do? I mean, even your average browser-based email company has better content creation tools. Maybe Steemit just couldn't afford the licensing or something. That happens a lot. can't say that I blame them. It's just funny that we can't even do an underline because the coding is broken. Heh.
