Those new Beta monsters are looking very nice! I especially like the Level 1  Peaceful Giant with a whopping 10x  Health  stat. He is going to be a massive tank, even with no Melee, Ranged, or Magic  damage. With that much health (and probably even much more at higher levels), he'll be able to soak up a lot of attacks while the rest of your troops snipe at the enemy from behind him, using their Ranged, or Magic  attacks, or even using Sneak.
