My family and friends are surprised when I serve this classic dressing....
PAT’S FRENCH DRESSING
INGREDIENTS:
1 C Ketchup
1 2/3C Sugar
2/3C Oil
2/3C White wine vinegar
1t Garlic powder
1t Onion powder
1t Chili powder
1t Paprika
2t Dijon mustard
1t Salt
1/2t Black pepper
DIRECTIONS:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until well incorporated. Makes 4-8 oz jars. I cold pack them in sterile jars, seal, and process for 30 minutes. Alternately you can put in a couple of containers and store in refrigerator.
