Antonie Iorgovan a famous politician from Romania is better known as the father of this country's Constitution. But Iorgovan was also famous for attacking the Freemasonry .In multiple televised interviews Iorgovan said that the Freemasons lie to the public when they describe their Society as a discreet one.In fact Freemasonry is a secret Society and like other secret Societies it shouldn't exist. Iorgovan died in 2007 from a very aggressive form of cancer. His doctors said that his illness was produced through irradiation. The main suspects were his political enemies that belonged to the Social-Democratic Party and the Freemasonry.
Iorgovan accused the ex-prime minister of Romania, Adrian Năstase of bringing people that were Freemasons to his governmental team.He went even further and said that a lot of Adrian Năstase's political friends were homosexuals.
A year before he died Iorgovan said that:"Freemasonry is outside the Constitution, outside the democratic spirit and outside the values that raises the human beeing.
His public statements against his former party colleagues transformed him into a dead man walking. After he was thrown out from the Social Democratic Party Iorgovan was forced to resign from the Romania Senate.Iorgovan was known as a cautious man and no one knows why he made such statements against his party colleagues.Among those who were accused by Iorgovan of belonging to the Freemasonry or being homosexuals we can find important people who later became ministers.Names like Gabriel Oprea,Dan Matei Aghaton,Marian Oprisan or Eugen Bejinariu. are well known in Romania and even outside this country's borders.
