RE: How To Gain Followers On Steemit

in #new7 years ago

Hello and thanks!

I went to your source and it appears that the two texts are very similar and the one at the source was posted back in August. Is that correct?

In any event thank you for this helpful commentary. I wish I could confirm its wisdom but I am too new here to try to do that.

I do want to challenge the focus that you have placed on writing quality content. Several recent posts have in effect challenged the proposition that quality content matters beyond the point where you're doing something silly -- "something silly' would be something like plagiarizing, putting out evidently garbage material, etc. Judging from those posts, it appears that once your content is reasonably decent, other variables take over as being really influential in the level of your payout.

I think you should define what you mean by "quality followers". If you simply mean people with a lot of influence, whose single vote greatly boosts your payout level then I have no problem with that definition of a "quality follower".

If you have another definition of "quality follower" in mind please share it.

Thanks in advance.
