THE DAILY SMOOTHIE RECIPE - FROM LADYPENELOPE- ALTERNATIVE PAIN KILLER - AVOCADO BLAST - GREEN SMOOTHIE FOR INFLAMATION

A more alternative way to help relief pain - Dark green veg/leafs, flax seeds, and the omega fatty acids found in avocado can help you feel better by putting something delicious and nutritious in your body.

THE AVOCADO BLAST
2 handfuls of Kale/ Chard
1/2 Avocado ( semi ripe is better)
1/4 of oats
1 apple ( de seeded)
1 teaspoon flax seed
1/3 cup of blueberries
1 1/2 cup natural almond milk - unsweetened is best
BLEND AND ENJOY
