Hi,

I'm quite excited to join this community and to explore this whole new topic - cryptocurrencies.

The world is changing constantly and if you don't change with it, you will be left behind. I've always been looking at Star Wars movie and thinking that after thousands of years this technology will be real, as people who lived thousands of years before us, they never imagined computers, phones, internet, that was unrealistic to them, that's why I'm trying to be opened minded about revolution, changes, and technology you just have to accept that there is nothing unrealistic, all it takes is persistence and time.

Couple of weeks ago my colleague mentioned cryptocurrency, it wasn't like I haven't heard about them, but I never payed much attention to them, since I didn't really understand them. Full disclosure - I still don't, but I'm getting there. Last couple of days I've just been researching all kinds of currencies, their pros and cons and today I stumbled upon "steem" and as I kept reading I just kept thinking... this is something I can get behind this is something I actually like. I think the idea is great, the community is great and it will grow, that's what my gut is telling me.

So big thanks to my colleague @Frenks, as I'm sure, after I tell him about this community he will be joining as well and smile while reading this comment.
