The young woman, of current 22 years, has related that she began to have celestial visions since she was three years old.
Akiane Kramarik, a 22-year-old young painter and poet from the town of Mount Morris in Illinois, United States, began her artistic career in an unconventional way. At three years of age he began to experience recurrent celestial visions that he supposedly received through dreams.
At that early age the girl revealed to her parents that she had visited Heaven, an idyllic place where God would have told her that she would help her with a gift to transmit her message to humanity. His mother would later relate that "at that age Akiane started talking about God. I was an atheist, as was my husband, so for us to hear it was very strange. When we asked him how he knew that God was speaking to him, he answered us: "Because I can hear his voice. His voice is calm and wonderful. The first thing God told me was "You have to do this, and I will help you. Now you can help people "".
Inspired by her visions, Akiane began to draw at four years of age, to paint at six and write poetry at age 7. Each of his drawings and paintings, by the way, corresponded exactly to the visions he received through dreams, the same visions that allowed him to know, among other divine presences and as he affirms, Jesus of Nazareth himself. One of his best known paintings, in fact, was a painting called "Prince of Peace" ("Prince of Peace"), a portrait of Jesus that Akiane painted when he was 8 years old and that, supposedly, was inspired by the true factions of the Nazarene.
Interestingly, this image of Jesus (which bears a certain resemblance to the Jesus played by Jim Caviezel in "The Passion of the Christ," Mel Gibson's crude film), fully coincides with the vision of Jesus that Colton Burpo, an American teenager from 17 years old who at the age of four was on the verge of death during an operation of peritonitis, when, according to him, he visited Paradise, where he met Jesus, angels and even two deceased relatives, among whom was her unborn sister who had died at three months of gestation. When Colton first saw Akiane's painting, he claimed that Jesus' face was the same he had seen during his supposed visit to Paradise.
Although Akiane Kramarik's parents were atheists, through her daughter's paintings and poetry they confirmed her conversion to Christianity. The girl, meanwhile, sold her first self-portrait for 10 thousand dollars, at 10 she appeared on "The Oprah Winfrey Show" and on CNN at 12. Today, turned into a recognized self-taught artist from the United States, the girl explained that "God has given me this talent to share with others. To share your love. From early in life, God spoke to me with images and what I do is just transfer these visions to my canvases and poetry. "
