Simple practices that will help stimulate your intellect.
While geniuses are born and few people have abilities like those of Einstein or Mozart, intelligence can be trained. Most of those smart people we see have not gotten there by magic, they have simply done little things that most of us forget easily.
More and more research has shown that intelligent people are thanks to a combination of practice, habit and mentality. Intelligence in general and creativity can be improved relatively easily. It is not about innate abilities, but about small customs that can really transform us and that will take you only one hour a day.
Reflect for 10 minutes: We should dedicate this time each day to ask ourselves why of life, of our actions, what we like about the world and for what reason. Deep questions that force us to go beyond the surface and force the mind to think more clearly. You already know, ask yourself a difficult question every day, take your time to reflect on it and you will be closer to increasing your intellect.
Read for 20 minutes: The important thing at this point is not so much the time spent, but the content of our reading. If we focus primarily on books that tell us a story we will be forcing our minds to try to understand what the author is trying to tell you, as well as the personal interpretation you make. It is a very good exercise for your brain and think that reading 20 minutes a day you will have read between 15 and 20 books at the end of the year.
Concentrate for 30 minutes: Focusing all our attention on a specific activity is very enriching at the same time that forces us to unite body and mind. When an activity completely absorbs you and pushes you to improve, it is also perfecting our brain's ability to internalize information. It is about learning to learn and this supposes a clear intellectual advantage in a context in which the world is constantly being transformed by new technologies.

It seems easy, right? In fact, you probably think that most people do it, but it's not like that. When we reflect, we do not do it in depth, we stay on the surface; we read things that are not worth it; and we work on something without concentrating fully and without thinking about what purpose they have. Not everyone is born a genius, but with these simple practices and in just one hour a day, anyone can become more intelligent.
Personal think: In my personal opinion, it is all about a balance between diet, physical, mental and spiritual exercise in order to reach the optimal parameters of performance in any of the areas related to our health.
