The process as you showed it is so simple and doesn't even require identification of any sort... that's just perfect! Mainstream money in a mainstream place anonymously being exchanged into our cryptocurrency of choice is like a dream come true. If this is really implemented everywhere, Coinbase will meet it's demise ;-)
