(ص), وفرضت ليلة الاسراء بعد النبوة بعشر سنين وثلاثة أشهر, ليلة سبع وعشرين من رجب, ولم تجب صبح يوم تلك الليلة لعدم العلم بكيفيتها.
(إنما تجب المكتوبة) أي الصلوات الخمس (على) كل (مسلم مكلف) أي بالغ عاقل, ذكر أو غيره, (طاهر) فلا تجب على كافر أصلي وصبي ومجنون ومغمى عليه وسكران بلا تعد, لعدم تكليفهم, ولا على حائض ونفساء لعدم صحتها منهما , ولا قضاء عليهما.
بل تجب على مرتد ومتعد بسكر.

Required prayers on the night israk mikraj 27 Rajab after 10 years 3 months of prophethood. Subuh not mandatory because there is no science how to do it.
Compulsory prayers 5 times against Muslims who mukallaf (baligh & rational) again sacred. No obligatory prayers for genuine infidels, children, crazy people, and drunk people by mistake, because they are all not ditaklif.
No obligatory prayers are also for women who are menstruating, and being nifas for unauthorized prayers both. And it is not mandatory qadha to pray both. Compulsory prayer for apostates and drunk people on purpose.
