captain.palnet have 4k+ PAL power and some neoxAG delegations to build up base NeoxAG stake :)

Am adding up people from Neoxian Discord to autovote (by making giveaways)
1-2 accounts daily.
Already have 5 accounts from neoxian discord on the list, i think it will end up with 20-30 accounts receiving daily 10-30% (0.07-0.25 PAL) upvotes from captain.palnet
