NEO, the blockchain formally known as AntShare is the leading blockchain in China. Enough said. It needs to be in everyone's portfolio as the China play.
Luckily I have bought a few NEO at $7 now it is $20 had some nice profit but I will be a long term holder and looking to increase my NEO every month little by little. Great post learned more about NEO. Thanks for sharing
Good to know. I had some Antshares a couple of weeks ago before the rebrand and I sadly let them go only to find a huge jump in the price this week. Oh well, such is life! :-)
Sorry to hear that... Its hard to predict the future and there are far to many cryptos out there at this point. I strongly felt Antshares was china's flagship blockchain project and had a feeling the NEO rebrand would do a lot to build confidence and awareness. Its not an ETH yet but with the decisions they've made recently I feel they are truly a player to be watched at this point. Da Hongfei is a clever CEO with all the right connections in China to truly get NEO mainstream adoption by Chinese while taking a good slice of western markets with their Zion partnership. Keep your eye on this one.

NEO has a solid foundation in which to grow by leaps and bounds. I started doing research on NEO these past couple weeks and bought at $15. I'm very happy to see it more than doubling since then. If China and its tech community get behind this which seems to already be the case, its very easy to see NEO moving well past the $100 mark before the end of the year and possibly before the 4th quarter.
I'm guessing NEO will be one of the years top performers.

The premine is a lot higher than ETH with NEO at 50% and ETH at 17% but the NEO (formerly antshares) tokens are locked for 1 year under contract with a maximum sale of 15% per year after that point and NEO is only about 260 days old. I'm not worried about these numbers if they start launching their ICO's and implement smart contracts and Dapps quickly the price will far outrun whatever effect their fundraising effect will have. No crystal ball however...
Personally I think Bitcoin is the future :). But I may have to pay attention to NEO when the HYPE dies down. It's a bit over HYPED for me at the moment.

I'm a hodler of both Ethereum and NEO. I think there is room for both in the market, but I like NEO's focus on Asia. I think it might be a bit premature to definitively say NEO can outpace Ethereum in innovation, specifically in Asia, but it'll be interesting to see how things move.

Good points in this post. I fully understand what you're talking about. The quality coins are here to stay and it's like buying in at the S&P 500 50 years ago. Cryptos will fall and rise at a more rapit phase any investment market has ever seen. Just hold (literaly) and enjoy the ride. We do need to look better at the insights of every coin. What team is behind it, is there any management. How strong is the product, is there any product at all?
