I am surprise by the info that you have found. I am not happy that I started investing in neo recently and come to find out it is not decentralized. Steem has risen a lot more in value versus NEO in the past two weeks so making me hesitant to flip right now. Yet no liking what I am seeing in NEO. Thanks for the info.
