The premine is a lot higher than ETH with NEO at 50% and ETH at 17% but the NEO (formerly antshares) tokens are locked for 1 year under contract with a maximum sale of 15% per year after that point and NEO is only about 260 days old. I'm not worried about these numbers if they start launching their ICO's and implement smart contracts and Dapps quickly the price will far outrun whatever effect their fundraising effect will have. No crystal ball however...
