I'm in the middle of three projects right now - including preemie hats- and this is the one that most often is put on a back burner. It is a shawl for me, which I started as part of a knit along at my local yarn shop. It's the second shawl I have done with a lot of arc shapes, which I really love to do. it's called "Chain Link Shawl" from the Drama Queen Pattern Collection, and the two yarns are a mohair and a mohair glitter, which![IMG_20180108_213220104.jpg] is like knitting with spider web. Can't wait to finish it, the lacey parts should be evident when it is blocked. This big picture makes it look like a green jumble!
Hi, very nice to see your post! Thanks for you share!
I posted this so late, wasn't sure anyone would see it. Thanks for your comment!
I see it! I posted after you too :)

It’s looking good @redbone! I haven’t mastered crocheting with this type of yarn. I am impressed with your work and how neat it is. It isn’t easy working with mohair, I get frustrated when my work tangles using it. Any tips on that? Thanks for sharing with us this week! Looking forward to seeing the results!
Thanks! Not sure I have any tips about tangles. I had to restart this shawl 4 times before a had the feel and could maintain the right tension.
You’re welcome ~ Well I’m glad you stuck to it ;)
Ooooh..mohair! YUM! Glitter yarn too? You are going for some awesome bling there, @redbone! Can't wait to see the finished beautiful piece. Happy #NeedleworkMonday!
