I started working on another baby cardigan order last week. This cardigan is also made out of Berroco Fiora but it’s more of a sea foam color than grey.
The increases for the sleeves, front, and back are worked as you knit the lace pattern 🤗. The pattern is Norwegian Fir, top down cardigan by OGE Knitwear Deisgns in Ravelry
Thanks for following along! ❤️
How beautiful! The pattern and the color are lovely. I really like that last picture--the yarn looks so silky smooth I want to run my hand over the stitches!
Thank you!
Wow, @lizgore---that is stunning! I love the Norwegian Fir pattern and he color is simply gorgeous. You are talented. Happy #NeedleworkMonday to you, my dear!
Thank you so much! ❤️
I love everything!!! I am a big fan of making cardigans and I like top-down pattern the best. But I am not so experienced so far, I only tried once to knit lace (a shirt for my mother... it is still unfinished) Your colour choice is beautiful 😍
Is this a pattern you wrote yourself? And do you think it could be modified for a bigger size (mine 😁)
Thank you!! I didn’t write the pattern myself but there are bigger sizes, although I’m not sure how big. I enjoy knitting top down also! ❤️
I found the pattern on ravelry, but only for childs sizes, perhaps I can improvise 😁
A very pretty pattern...and I like your yarn holder...must get one of those some day! Looking forward to seeing the finished sweater.
Thank you! My grandpa made me two yarn bowls out of wood, I enjoy using them lol.
This is a pretty yarn , it will sire look good on the baby, the colour is cool, I see you have something to hold your thread to prevent it from tangling, nice
Thank you!
Such a pretty color, and the pattern is going to look so neat when it is done. Thanks for sharing!
Thank you!
oh, wow. I am very impressed. I am more at the knit-a-scarf-stage, but slowly progressing. Looking forward to following you for more inspirational posts :)
Thank you! And I wish you well with your knitting! 🤗
