Certainly you must be busy but if you will give this letter a 5-minute perusal, it may well worth it. In this letter lies some well-thought out suggestions from me, a concerned Steemian. Though I may not be too knowledgeable in blockchain industry nor am I an expert in the backend working protocols of steem blockchain, but I am a stakeholder in steem ecosystem, a frontline promoter of this platform, a guider to many steem-noobs...I am in daily touch with lowest caders of this complex community, and so can deliver a feedback as to the happenings around here.
For sometime now, some concerned senior Steemians have been writing in protest to plethora of incongruous developments, ranging from reward pool raping, inappropriate use of flags, rewarding plagiarized works, trending shit posts, proliferation of bid-bot uses, etc, to the extend that some steemians are today locked in a war which its end seems not to be anytime soon. Although the foregoing issues do not constitute the main purpose of this letter but I think they still deserve a look into.
In a shoutout to @elear of @utopian-io project some days ago, a fellow Steem Ambassador, one @gold84 appealed to @elear to help inform you of the @steem-ambassordor Guild program of #promo-steem project which the trio of @stephenkendal @starkerz and @anarcotech have put in so much resources and time to make it a reality today, and now awaiting delegated SP to enable it commence widescale pursuits of its objectives.

Being a Steem-Ambassador myself, I decided to address this letter to you to further corroborate the facts of @gold84's letter to @elear.
In the first place, as you are aware, part of the reasons for the upcoming HF0.20.0 which your team have been working seriously on for sometime now, is to smoothen account creation process to attract millions of users to steem ecosystem.
...to support signup improvements on Steemit.com and other sites to bring more users into the Steem ecosystem.
We want to grow Steem to at least to size of Reddit, hopefully larger. Reddit currently has 234 million unique users a month...
This shows you appreciate the arduous roles effective marketing plays in success of every business. In line with the quoted passages above, @steem-ambassador Guild program is a scheme primarily developed to encourage Steemians who are actively promoting steem ecosystem by voting on only recommended posts with valid proofs of work done.
With stringent conditions currently in force at utopian-io, a lot of promoters of steemit.com are not being rewarded handsomely. Steemians who are actively marketing steem ecosystem are practically doing so with their personal resources, as apart from utopian-io, there is no other scheme set up to provide support to marketing effort, an undisputed bedrock of every business. @euronation, the community I have the privilege of leading, spent almost 300 steem to organize a mega meetup at Owerri, Imo state without the support of any of the schemes that are being run with your delegation. This is not good for steem ecosystem.
If steem power delegation is considered for @steem-ambassordor account, it would enable it pursue its objectives of rewarding those who are in filed, promoting steemit, and thus help in achieving the goals of HF0.20.0 even before its adoption. Please consider delegating some steem power to @steem-ambassador account. Thanks for taking your time to go through this.

I really wish @ned gets to see this as I know there will lots of mentions for him.
There should be ways to reward those promoting the platform much like the way utopian-io does. For a platform that looks to rival the likes of reddit, current users needs to know and be assured that they'd be appreciated well enough for all their efforts at making sure more people get to sign up.
