NATURE PHOTO CONTEST WEEK #6 - TREES TUESDAY WINNERS!
Thank you for your submissions to this contest!
The photos were judged by @shadalene.
I love trees, and I love the variety shown in the submissions. So many different shapes, textures, colors, and perspectives! I really struggled with the first place, as I think @fjorenca, @akinome, and @photovisons (and others..) all deserve it. I settled on @photovisions's for the interesting chromatic, textures, and history. Congrats to all the winners! Keep connecting with nature and sharing with us its beauty and intricacy. - @shadalene.
FIRST PLACE (30% of this post’s SBD): @photovisions
“This tree, growing in the Isle of Skye in scottish Highlands, was formed by the wind and many years of resisting extreme climate of the island. This shape has a real history behind it...”
SECOND PLACE (20% of this post’s SBD): @fjorenca
“This lonely tree in the alps of Mercantour National Park in France reminded me to pause and smile after a long and difficult day of hiking. I love the color contrast between the tree and the snowy mountains in the background.”
THIRD PLACE (10% of this post’s SBD): @akinome
“After an autumn storm in our area, many trees were uprooted. The trunks were collected in different places. Like here in this forest. The wild power of nature is always impressive.”
