Great inspirational post. I hope you had a wonderful time in Oregon for the Eclipse. I'm from Albany NY. I started traveling (working) in South Korea as a teacher at age 20! It was the beginning of an adventure that has led me live out of a backpack for over 10 of the last 15 years. I never imagined I'd be such a traveler.

Well, I heard about steemit and after so many years backpacking around the world, I have accumulated a vast knowledge of travel. I Imagined myself being a travel writer, a budget travel writer, helping others, answering travel questions, showing people how good life can be in other countries and how affordable it is. I imagined that I'm the "World Travel Pro".

Now my dream has come true. After 4 months of clawing through the minnow slush, I've finally been recognized by some power players on here, they've noticed my awesome work and content creation. Besides now earning a little money on here. I'm helping people by answering their travel questions. Everything from visas and logistic issues, to where to retire. I even have dedicated fans!

So yes it's true. Imagination along with hard work and perseverance are some of the most powerful things we posses.
