I really think that this national park is a necessity. I saw that some governments give a juridical person to river, forest etc. It is made so that those "juridical person" could complain on a court if any damage has been done to them. I think it's a good idea.

That's a nice way to do it. However, the governments also have to enforce the fines or punishments if anyone deals damage to the area, which some governments are not to good at. Anyway, thanks for the comment!
Yes they have to enforce it. However, I also think that it is also very hard to make a real estimation for them. How to estimate the damages made to this national park for example ? Priceless for me.
