Mediterranean nature

Hello everyone !

I just wanted to share with you these pictures from the beaufitul Čiovo, Croatia...
This landscape is typical for Dalmatia and the Mediterranean in general.

This small path leads into the forest. The Marjan hill and the city of Split in the background.

Small sunlit pinecone.

Smallest stump I have ever seen :P

This is probably all you can expect from Dalmatia's vegetation and I find it quite beautiful. The rest of Dalmatia is more dry and is famous for its distinctive landscape called "krš" - I will try to post some pictures in the future for comparison.
