A Steemit friend @tiredmama posted photos of her lizard friend so I'm sharing some with you and her as I really do love them.
These are the little lizards that hang out around www.oursmallfarm.com
This guy thought it would be a great idea to hide under the tablecloth.
I love this photo of her on the mirror. When they are on the window at night, with the light behind them, you can see if there's any eggs in them, almost ready to lay. So cool.
These are really cute! The one on the mirror is a geko?
Sure is @radub They are all of geckos - we have some different varieties here. Seemingly some came over from Indonesia a long while back. I think the darker ones are local and the lighter ones immigrants. :)
Wow oh wow those are so cool!! It would be awesome to get a picture of them with eggs inside!! Really good photos too! How neat to find them hiding around!!
I'll try that @tiredmama It's easier during the summer months.
I bet it is!! Did you see @hethur240 found a lizard in her yard? Seems like a good season to see them moving about, that or we are finally paying attention (me and heather)! I think your native lizards are the coolest though!!!
You can see the eggs?! 😱
It's rather cool @thomhoglen Their bodies are quite translucent on the underside and when they're hunting bugs on the outside of my kitchen window I can often see a couple of eggs getting ready to be laid. They lay them in the most amazing places. Love my nature beings. :)
Those are so cute! Seeing the eggs must be really awesome!
Oh, it sure is @hethur240 In the past I've been more intent of watching than remembering the camera :)
