Love the story. This kind of reminds me of a house I saw for sale in the Upper Peninula in Michigan. The house had over 100 feet of Lake Michigan lake front as part of the property and situated at the top of the hill was this old train car that had been turned into kind of a tiny home. I believe it was a Pullman car which is a really historic company here in Chicago. I love finding new uses for old "garbage".
