I'm from Norway and when I was in the military we had a whole month without sun. Patch back day and night. Then come the summer it was the other way around with the sun being up 24/7. I personally like a good mix of sun and rainy weather. The sun just knocks me out when there's to much of it.

I see you're posting this on your personal blog. May I recommend you maybe check out some communities? When you post on your personal blog you're limiting viewers to those who might be following you. If you post in a community everyone who subscribes to the community will see it as well. It will still get posted to your blog, so it's sort of going both places.
