There are certain animals that in their childhood period the feces of their mothers are a necessary and fundamental food for them, some examples are koalas or baby elephants.
in the koalas they do it approximately from 4 months onwards, since this helps them acquire bacteria so they can digest the eucalyptus leaves that are their staple food throughout their lives
