Love this post @helamia! This is certainly something I find true! The more I am outside connecting the nature the better I feel in my mind. I feel way less clouded, irritable, and wayyyy less negative.

We must get outside, and connect with nature on a daily basis.

oOO I also loved what you mentioned about kids with ADHD... I think it's true to adults just the same. Never been diagnosed, and refuse to get clinically checked out... BUT I likely have ADHD along with most people I know... Hiking definitely could help us all!
