We will have to terraform and melt the ice caps :D then who knows - anything is possible :) some animals exist in very extreme conditions so I think we will :)

It sure does! Humans are the strangest beings (good and bad ways) on planet earth, so maybe we were spawned here, came from other intelligent inter-dimensional life, or an asteroid could have hit with some life form allowing us to evolve! Some bacteria on earth the live in the ice caps managed to survive a trip exposed in space - so that kind of proves it to me!
