nice post...i learnt a lot on this and quite a good image to view...am surprised the subway cars cant be easily recycled...i v done quite a research on scrap metals and know china might need such, who knows...trump might have a better option since he is good in business deals...for the tires...does it mean they cant be retreived or the cost will be enormous...
