Hydrogen Solar and Water revolution

in #nature7 years ago (edited)

So I think I was bitten by the hydrogen bug, for a long time I had on my queue really getting into the whole hydropunk thanks to my recent research about Solar, Permaculture and green energy.

Hydrogen is not very known because it doesnt really have a symbol for it, there is no Hydro unique logo. Solar has their panels, wind have their windmils, and farms are well, just farms and green.

But hydro has no color, has no logo, they look like bubble but they also have enough power to replace propane. At a fraction of the cost. So the question goes about how much has it been achieved. First stop is to search youtube for videos on everything from hydrogen fuel, to hydrogenized water, to hydrogen engines or car fuel stations.

I found a deep well of applications and potential benefits. First was the hydrogenized water which presumably was better than alcaline water.

Then is the hydrogen as a fuel, as a hydrofuel, here is a small do it yourself project to separate hydrogen from water:

Later is the whole, will this work on an engine, and a hydro bike motor being powered by hydrogen:

So once we went through that the mind starts to wonder, well is anyone doing something about this already and they are.

FirstElement Fuel is a company that aparently holds a network of fuel stations for vehiecles on the coastline of California.

You keep wondering and if its good for fuel can it be used for generating electricity, specially since batteries need power can solar take over and build this hydro generator enough to create power for a house.

Here is a whole home for solar and hydro power:

Hope you guys learn about the advantages of hydrogen and solar. A third axis that I am still researching is atmospheric water gathering. Which basically is using solar to get water from the atmosphere, this water will be the reverse of converting to hydrogen but actual oxygen to convert into water.

And a portable one even:

JZA, I enjoyed our chats over the past week at Anarchapulco. Thanks for all the H info!

I am still a n00b on this but very excited to keep learning and sharing.

Thank you, really starting with this type of research but I am very surprised.
