Hello, it's a new day. What do you usually do first thing in the morning?
I frequently spend early mornings at the beach or in a garden, practice some meditation, and then speak about life and future aspirations with my companion. Then we'd head home and prepare some juice to kick off the new day. For me, time in the morning is precious because when I start my day well, I feel great the rest of the day.
How I've changed my morning routine so successfully?
Well, three years ago, I was in complete despair due to a mental ailment that no doctor, physics, or even therapists could cure. It took about a full year for me to be finally floored and flagged. So I learnt to let it go, to accept it, to stop battling the illness and instead to find a way out of the difficulties without any expectations.
It took me another two years to reclaim myself and my life as a regular person who works, earns, and enjoys himself, which I probably took for granted most of the time. It seemed like an eternity.
That's also what keeps me on track (over and again), since I don't want to go back to those days when I felt completely crushed.
Haha, but that's another story.
Here's my incredibly healthy regimen, which has helped me get over everything after two years, and for which I am really thankful. Of course, I don't modify everything at once; I take it one step at a time, and after two years, I've completed the entire routine.
- 5h30: Wake up and drink ginger tea or luke warm lemon juice. This helps me really wake up and somehow triggers some bowel movement.
It's gonna be a bright day
- 5h45: Take a walk or run/ dance/ play sports with friends/ swim in the sea, meditation, sunbathe, practice gratitude and welcome a bright new day.
It's still dark around 4h30 I guess. Sometimes I'd like to go this early. Such sacred moments and very few people are around.
- 6h30: Home, prepare juice for the day/ or just have fruits and some seeds and nuts for breakfast. Regularly I drink a 400ml mix of juice, mostly carrots, cucummber, watermelon, bell pepper, guava, pineapple, ginger, beetroots,... Well it really depends on what I've got in my fridge.
7:00: Also prepare a mall portion of veggie soup to prevent the hunger while at work. :P
7:30: Read a book for 15 mins and ready to go to work. Since I don't have much time to read in the morning. I'd compensate more time at night before bed for this. Reading books is one of the best thepary for me. Since I get to learn more about others' life experience, I live my life with more certify and clarity.
Well now things are changing a little bit, though. Sometimes I've got more time in the morning andI work from home, so I spend some more time for blogging too. Yayy!
Such a healthy stuff to add to my morning regimen! Tell me about yours! Thank you for reading!

My morning starts with a cup of warm honey water. Then I water my home-grown mung bean. After 5 to 10 minutes, I use that water to water my little garden together with some DIY liquid fertiliser. Following will be my breakfast and learn some Spanish before going to work. Same to you I don't have much time in the morning. Also I am not a morning person, I wake up at 7 am instead of 5:30
