While on a trip with my family, I discovered a newfound appreciation towards beautiful flowers. This is one of them, a type of rose blooming in front of our homestay at that time. It was breathtaking, welcoming us in the cold weather. It also has a very nice smell, and so it gave me the urge of taking a picture.
As I am not much a flower fan before, I did not know it was a rose until my aunt told me so. I thought a rose would look like the typical ones we see in movies. This opened my eyes to the floral world. It seems I have lots to learn regarding this beautiful world.
