Wow, I actually never knew you could eat bamboo (or at least, I never knew it was a popular dish)!
I love how bamboo looks when used as a building material, and the eco-responsibility of it is a huge bonus!

28 meters is very high indeed! I'm not sure if all bamboo types are edible so it might be wise to check first. Moso bamboo shoots are edible if cooked thoroughly.
