Hello Hive community!
These are some memories of a visit to a friend's house. Or rather her grandmother's house. Now because of the situation we are going through in Argentina it was becoming impossible for her to get more income and abuelita told her that she could stay a while to be quiet until she could accommodate everything or she could get a new job so now they are sharing a roof. So we met one Sunday and I went to visit them with some bills to have some mates in the back and share an afternoon together.
This is the vine tree that springs to life with its large canopy that reaches out everywhere, it gets into the surrounding land, rests on the roof of the quincho and on the vine as well !
When I arrived at her house, my grandmother found me a huge living room infinite to receive people. Chatting with her she told me that when her husband was alive they always invited people to eat and how he was a great friend so he kept inviting people and every weekend there were people in their house, that's why their house is so big. After passing through the kitchen, we went through a small winter garden and got to the back. When I saw that background I went crazy. I couldn't believe how big and beautiful her garden was. I mean really huge. An avocado tree full of them about to explode. I mean, to have a tree over 20 years old it has to be a huge park. I also found a vine that was already old but very old too, according to what my friend Mimi's grandmother, Chelita, told me.
This plant doesn't have it now because it is not in season, but in flowering time it has an orange bird-shaped flower with a beautiful crest. It turns out that this is a very exotic plant and only 2 hours of this with a single flower_.
The two of them looked like they were happy to be there together. I stayed calm because I didn't want my friend to get upset about having to go from her grandmother, to feel like she was backtracking in her personal life. And in fact the three of us talked about it over mate and I told them this. And I saw the two of them doing very well together. Since they don't spend so many hours of the day together, when they are together they are fine and since the house is so big it allows each one of them to have their space and their moments of calm.
This orchid is huge and is clinging to a spit cross. I love orchids because they grow everywhere_.
After a while of chatting Chelita went to bed and we stayed with my friend in the back and I went to take some pictures because I honestly couldn't believe how beautifully kept everything is and I wanted to take some pictures. Turns out it has plants that are a little hard to come by.
A beautiful afternoon of plants and friends enjoying sharing with her some mates, some bills and just being together.

I didn’t do much of agriculture in school but this sure looks like a pear.
I love the way to talked about the plant saying it gives light to the place. Most people don’t really rate plants or value them, keep up the good work
Yes, there are more important than the people think. Thanks for your comment
