I’m kinda doing this regularly:

  • using a sleeping bag instead of a duvet on bed
  • sleeping in another room (other bed, obviously)
  • recently changed to drinking Erva Mate all day long instead of fizzy drinks and no water

It brings a difference in your life instead of being the same old boring routine and revives your mind.
